USD plans are paid by card through Stripe. INR plans are paid through Razorpay, which supports UPI, NetBanking and cards. Your billing currency is set by your first subscription, and every plan and usage price is then quoted in it.
Per minute your AI agent spends on a call, rounded up to the next whole minute, inbound or outbound. Voice minutes are usage on top of your plan. The pricing page does not list a USD per-minute rate: it depends on the carrier, and the AI voice section asks you to talk to us for a quote. In INR, one rate applies on every carrier, with a lower committed rate for high-volume contracts; those prices show in the AI voice section when you view the page in rupees.
Yes. Time your own agents spend on calls through the call centre, and the numbers wired to it, run on a balance of their own with their own rate. It is collected separately from AI voice, so you can see exactly what each costs.
SMS is billed per message segment on top of your plan. In USD one rate covers every destination outside India. In INR, messages to Indian numbers go through DLT-registered Indian gateways at one rate, and sending through your own MSG91 or 2Factor account carries only FloGPT's own-account fee. Failed sends are never charged. The current rates are in the SMS section above.

No. A text the provider rejects is never charged, and replies your customers send to your number are free. An automated reply your agent sends back is a new outbound message and is billed per segment like any other. Prepaid credits cover SMS before anything is charged.
Yes. Messages to Indian (+91) numbers are sent only through DLT-registered Indian gateways, never over an international route, as TRAI requires. Each message needs a registered sender ID and an approved template, and one without a template is stopped before it is sent, at no charge. You can also connect your own MSG91 or 2Factor account to send under your own DLT registration.
In USD, each usage balance — AI voice, call centre and SMS — is charged to your saved card when it reaches its threshold, and anything left is collected at month end. In INR, usage is added to your Razorpay renewal or invoiced monthly, depending on how your account is set up.
